So according to my temps and FF I Od sometime between last Saturday and Monday
Well, I checked CM this morning and it was sticky with some white clumps. Well I take my pants off earlier to take a showeit and they are covered with white sticky stuff. Would I classify my CM as sticky if it still has toNs of white stuff in it?

I think it goes more by the consistency than color, so I would say yours was sticky. I’ve had CM that had a milky color to it but was still really thin and watery. I wasn’t sure if it was considered creamy because of the color or watery, so I looked around on the Internet and the general consensus I got was go by consistency.

the fertile stuff is more clear, like egg white, and can stretch between your fingers to at least an inch or more. so white, sticky stuff is not fertile CM.
a couple of days before you O, you should notice the clear, stretchy stuff. That’s the best time to BD, the day before you O.

Sticky: Record your cervical fluid as “sticky” if it is glue-like, gummy, stiff or crumbly and if it breaks easily and quickly and if it is not easily stretched. It will probably be yellowish or white, but could also be cloudy/clear. You may or may not see some sticky cervical fluid before and after ovulation.
copied and pasted from fertility friend. gummy and crumbly sounds like what you are saying.
