I went to one at a bowling alley.  That was pretty fun.   They rented the whole bowling alley, did the cosmic bowling thing, and had pool tables and the arcade open.  Plus the booze was flowing.  The pregnant women could participate without having to drink.

We’re going to dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, and then going to Dave & Buster’s. Simple, low-key, and we’re both really excited for it! It was actually my partner’s idea.

We all went downtown and the fellas had dinner at FIs (hubby now) favorite restaurant, and us girls went to my favorite. There, they did their fella beer drinking thing and where I was we opened the “embarassing gifts” and ate sushi. That’s where I got to wear the “girls night out” veil…after dinner we went to a little swanky martini bar and they went to a beer brewery (all with-in a few steps of each other….not even a 2 block range) then after that we all met up at a regular bar and took shots together and danced (catch this) to the band that was going to play at the wedding (they happen to be where we wanted to go that night)…it was a hoot!!!!

In saying that, during the dinner and martini part, we had a few people that weren’t drinking come for those parts…I would imagine a preggy lady would be fine in that setting, assuming the bars and eating establishments are non-smoking….Laughing
