I am not a March bride but January in Boston can be very cold!  My seamstress is going to make me a bolero out of satin.  I have an all lace dress as well with a satin sash so I am going to get fabric to match the sash.

I’m in South Carolina so it won’t be quite as cold but I have a cute cashmere cardigan.

I got a little cardi from Old Navy that matches my girls 🙂  I think the difference between jacket/cardigan/bolero/shawl/etc is your personal style.  I’m very much a cardigan girl.  Coats over dresses can be really cute too!  Check out Mrs. Lamb…she had a gorgeous coat if it gets really cold in MN!

Hmm, I haven’t even thought about that… I’m really hoping the end of March will be warm in Southern California and I won’t need anything! Although, I get cold really easily. :p

I am also a MN bride getting married in March, so I am in the same boat.  I think I am going to get a white wool coat to wear over my dress.  They are easy to find right now in all sorts of lengths and all sorts of price points.  I like the idea that it is something that could be worn again, say maybe the following year on your anniversary 🙂  Anyways, good luck!
