Crudite (celery sticks, baby carrots, radishes) with dipping sauces (e.g. ranch, hummus). To make it fancy, try adding spice mixtures to the ranch or hummus.

Bruschetta. Toasted crostinis with chopped tomatoes + basil + EVOO + onion.

Spinach/artichoke dip with crackers/bread rounds/toast points.

Grilled/roasted vegetables – bell peppers, eggplants, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc. with vinegarette.

One-bite caprese salad. One mozarella ball + one cherry tomato + a basil leaf on a tiny skewer and drizzle with balsamic vinegar + EVOO.

@lilbluebird:  Very good suggestions. Cheese & crackers are good, too. Is this morning/afternoon/evening? For drinks, you could have infused waters (citrus, cucumber, etc.) and some tasty nonalcoholic drinks like shirley temples and italian sodas.
