Hi ladies, I need a second opinion on the wording on my invitations. This invitation is for guests who are only invited to the cocktail reception.
Here is what I have:
In Celebration of Love
(Bride) & (Groom’s Name)
Invite you to their Wedding Reception for
Cocktails, Dessert and Merriment
Is it okay to say ‘cocktails, dessert and merriment’? I want to make sure guests are aware that it’s a cocktail reception only. I’d like the wording to be a bit casual, fun and quirky …. please help!
