@Salted_Caramel:  I have no suggestions. Just a plea.  Please, don’t serve rock candy cocktails in a shallow glass.  like a martini, coupe, or margarita glass. Even a rocks glass might be too short.   When people take a sip, there is a good chance that wet candy stick will flip out of the glass and those suckers stain.   Use a flute or highball. Someting with enough glass height to keep the stick in the glass when people tilt it to drink .

@Salted_Caramel:  Or straws. I thoroughly enjoy getting intoxicated through a straw. I don’t have any ideas, but I have a cocktail book at my place. I’ll check it out when I get home and see what there is.

ROQ Candy Martini(from Hypnotiq Website)

  • 2 oz. Hpnotiq
  • 1 oz. Premium Citrus Vodka
  • Splash of white cranberry or white grape juice
  • Blue rock candy

Rock Candy Cocktail
12 ounces chilled champagne or prosecco, and 2 rock candie
Kendra Scott’s Crush cocktail:

  • 1 scoop ice
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz st. germaine
  • 3 oz lemonade
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • prosecco
  • rock candy

Apparently Breaking Bad inspired:
Blue Sky

  • 1.5oz Pisco brandy
  • 1/4oz Absinthe
  • 1/2oz lemon juice
  • 3/4oz Orgeat
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4oz Blue Curaçao
  • Soda

For a little crystal blue persuasion, just pour everything but the soda into a shaker (without ice), then jostle that sucker until the egg’s all foamy. When the chemical balance of cold and blue is complete, pour it into a glass, top it with crushed ice, then fill it with soda until the foam reaches the top. Garnish it with 99.1% pure blue rock candy.

From poprocks but could probably replace with rock candy on the sticks
Strawberry Popper Rocker
1 shot Strawberry Schnapps
Fill with 7-Up
Drop Strawberry Pop Rocks on top

Pop Rocks on the Beach
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur
1/2 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
3 splashs Pineapple juice
Drop Watermelon Pop Rocks on top

Malibu Pop Rocks
1 oz Malibu rum
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 splash Pineapple juice
1 splash Cranberry juice
Drop Fruit Punch Pop Rocks on top

Exploding Strawberry Daiquiri
1/2 oz Strawberry schnapps
1 oz Light rum
1 oz Lime juice
1 tsp Powdered sugar
1 oz Strawberries
Drop Strawberry Pop Rocks on top

Very Berry Popping Tonic
1 oz Absolut Kurant
1/2 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
Fill with Tonic water
Drop Sour Berry Pop Rocks on top

Bubbling Liquid Gum
3 oz Vodka
3 oz Peach schnapps
6 oz Cola
Drop Bubble Gum Pop Rocks on top

SO Most of these are probably TOO complicated, time consuming, or just a little extra $ so I think your best bet would be this one:

Rock Candy Cocktail
12 ounces chilled champagne or prosecco, and 2 rock candie

@Salted_Caramel:  Experience? Too sweet. Way too sweet.

Other than that I can’t contribute much. If I received a drink with one in it, I’d remove it and give it back to the bar tender.

We actually used the rock candy sticks for coffee at the end of the reception, so that it was what people had for sugar, so that’s another option.
