@Sunshine23:    I would go with a leather ottoman. You can top it with a tray for a hard surface on which to serve cofee etc. Get a dark brown like your end table and don’t get one with too much tufting as you have a lot of that on your sofas aready.

The advantages are it can be used for storage and it provides extra seating when needed.

Do you have plans for an area rug?

I agree with Julies, it’s not a huge space, so I think a stiff ottomon that can keep a tray steady for when you want a hard surface, and a seat for when you don’t, will be great, and you could even go with the eggplant color to really make the color pop.

Ottoman, definitely.

Maybe you can find one of those ottomans where the top comes off, flips over, and basically turns into a table?

I love the look of an ottoman but my husband would die without an actual table.  Maybe 2 small purple square ottomans instead of one large one?

I think a patterned area rug would be nice, and maybe one or two ottomans with trays on top.

We have a gray couch as well & we use a black leather ottoman.  The cushion things turn over & have a flat surface on the occasion we’re eating or drinking or whatever over here.  It also provides storage which is fantastic!  I think white could work well with your color palette too depending on the rest of your furniture :]

Another vote for an ottoman. I love ours!
