Fussiness  / colic tends to peak at around 6-8 weeks and then should hopefully improve as baby adjusts to life on the outside! FYI on the Nystatin, it’s only effective in 35% of cases so you might need to ask for another med if the thrush persists! You could try giving your LO gripe water or probiotics if she has an upset tummy or gas.

MrsSunshine:  My wee girl had three scripts for Nystatin before we were given Daktarin gel which cleared it up within four days!

I was thinking that your LO might enjoy being carried upright in some sort of wrap or carrier (like a Moby or Ergo) and she might also benefit from seeing a cranialsacral osteopath if the fussiness doesn’t subside in a wee while. My other thought would be to wrap her up warm and take her outside for 5-10 minutes or get in a nice, deep bath with her for some relaxing skin to skin.
