I haven’t been to a Catholic wedding since I was in elementary school so I can’t remember details.
I’m assuming that a full mass includes every single element that I usually see at mass, but is this true? For example, will there be a collection basket going around for the offertory?

No, they don’t pass the collection basket at the nuptial mass.

Most weddings I’ve been too have been Catholic. They do have a full mass, but they don’t do a collection basket and its up to the bride and groom to have communion as part of the ceremony.

Nope, no collection basket at the nuptual mass.

Just confirming, and if anyone is curious, same with a funeral mass. No collection basket. The collection is for the weekly offering or special holy day of obligation offering. Actively giving Catholics receive a whole box of envelopes, usually, for the year that covers the collections for the year, so you can plan the giving for the year.
