Just because the flowers are red does not mean that the color scheme has to revolve around it. I would suggest it as purely an accent color. She could add it as an accent to a teal scheme, which would make it *much* more spring-y. Gray could also be another accent color, like for writing on invitations to soften it from black. That is going to be HOT in 2010!

I am the maid of honor at my friends wedding. She is getting married in May of 2010. She saw these hibuscus flowers that you can put in your champagne glasses. The flowers only come in this red color so now she wants to have a red and orange wedding. She isn't set on the red and orange but she does like them a lot. The problem is that when we look at anything that has both colors, it looks fallish, and she definatly does not want a fall wedding. Does anyone have any suggestions for colors? Advice needed. The only thing she is set on is the goofy flowers in the champagne! (and I doubt I will look good in an orange bridesmaid dress!!!)
Also besides David's Bridal are their any other bridal chains to purchase bridesmaid dresses? Some of the bridesmaids live in Arizona so we need a chain store.
