@Creiddylad:  lol, hilarious.  I have a pillow case in the first curtains (made by a friend) and I made curtains in the second fabric!  Great minds 🙂

I love the second fabric (obviously, since I made curtains out of it) but I think it’d be a a little busy with the patterned slipcover and patterned red couch.  FOr the pillows, I’d go with maybe some plain yellow, brown, and neutral fabrics in mismatched shades?

ETA – oops I skipped your update.  But yeah, I love the second fabric.  If you cover the couch in something solid (dark gray?), those would make for gorgeous pillows.

If it was me, I’d make the couch match the room. But if not, I’d go with a solid cushion color (red, brown?) that matches the couch.

@Creiddylad:  Well I’d probably go with grey, I like darker furniture. OR use the gray pattern for the couch with bright yellow pillows?

@Creiddylad:  Are you saying that the pink floral sofa is going to be in the same room?

Then I would definitely go with a solid color neutral fabric for the other sofa. Two busy fabrics would be pattern overload to me.

@Creiddylad:  I would pick out a neutral color from the pink print fabric and use that for the other sofa. You can add patterned pillows, but mix up the patterns- graphic, floral, stripe etc.

Creiddylad:  can you share a pic of the reupholstered sofa in the red/bird pattern? Love the fabric for a project I’ve got and would like to se it full scale!
