I've been searching forever, and I can't get a color palette tool. Is it possible to upload a picture on a site and see what colors it comes up with. Or maybe one where you can lay out colors side by side to see how they look?

Recommendations please!

Those are cool! I've been using the Pantone Board on the Dessy Group's website. It will let you choose Pantone colors (which I think are recognized at lots of different places), see what their styles look like in those colors, and upload your own images. I just created a board to look at the colors of different flowers with the colors I'm considering for dresses.
