I would do both... and see how close to the same purple you could get.
I know that going for dark, deeper colors are always easier as opposed to try and get an exact shade for the crinoline... But I would think if they were both dark it would look FABULOUS!
I was going to dye my crinoline orange BUT the week of the wedding I just never got to it. =(
Unless your dress is short, no one will see your shoes. Also, only if your crinoline is longer than your dress (and your dress is short) will anyone see that either. Wear both if you want.
@Earlybride: I definitely say wear them both. My colors are orange and blue... my shoes as a vibrant blue and I dyed my crinoline orange. It looks AMAZING and i'm going to make sure people see it! Go for it, it's worth it and it will make you happy knowing you've got that pop of color under your skirt!
@Prewitt:Hmmm, I might be able to. Plus it all depends if I can find a vibrant flat purple shoe.
I like the idea of both. And if I were to dye it I would dye it purple. You said the purple isn't every where, just little accents which is why I picked it. You will stand out yet won't look out of place. I wouldn't go orange or brown because those are your main colors and I think you would blend in too much.
I had a colored crinoline and colored shoes, but they were the same color and I think it looked nice. Of the options you listed, I like purple the best. :)
@julies1949: Thanks for the love!!!!
I say do both! But I may be biased as I am one of the brides posted above
ETA: I would do Purple!
i would go orange crin and purple shoes to keep with that splash of purple thing but go for both its your wedding day enjoy it lol
Well I was going to do white ones, but I now found these!!!! What do u think???

A couple questions..I love the idea of both and I really want to have dyed crinoline.(By the way, my colors are orange, brown and purple(tiny bits of pruple though), out of those three colors, which one would you dye your crinoline)?
The brown and the orange is in alot of the wedding. I plan on putting the purple in little areas. Like the activity bags will be purple, and the tulle on the cake knife,etc. Stuff like that. Oh and I will be having kind of big round brown and orange paper lanterns hanging from the ceiling.(I hate how white and dull the hall is,trying to get as much color in there as I can without it feeling like a circus).
ANyway I am willing to get white shoes if both are too much, but would you try to do both?Dyed shoes aAND dyed crinoline?
If so I plan on just doing the crinoline then. Thanks bees. Just curious.
