Ok I posted picture of my dress: Oleg Cassini Style 8CWG322 (Ivory)
I really wanted to do a colored crinoline before I even decided on my dress. I was just wondering what everyones opinions are on coloring my crinoline with this dress.

I think it would be a fun touch! I’m getting married in a Catholic Church, so I’m not doing anything out of the ‘norm’ but if I were getting married elsewhere I’d spice up the dress!

I think that would be great! I love that look! I had never heard of it before my wedding. . 🙁
What colour are you thinking?

I think it would work great!

I want to do a dark purple. The crinoline at DB doesn’t look like it would absorb the color very much, so I’m looking around.

ooo, that’ll be so fun! i love little pops of color like that either in the shoes or crinoline or accessories.

I love that idea! I’m a huge pop of color fan too!

YES!!! Do it. I’m doing mine too but I’m still debating on the color because my shoes are printed. I don’t want it too matchy-matchy, but want it to complement my shoes. I think it is a fun way to inject color to the attire.
I read somewhere that you will need to get crinoline that is in rayon or cotton material. Supposedly, polyester does not take to color well. There used to be a seller on Etsy that sold both the crinoline and performed the dying process for $25. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find her. 🙁 If you do, let me know.
