babycuddlebee:  That’s stunning! I definatly would have gone for something like this if the dress wasn’t the only traditional part of our wedding lol, it’s ivory, but I think lilac or blush would have been really pretty

I like blush/pink dresses. Gold dresses, champaigne and coffe coloured. I like the dress to still have a bridal feel.

I like ivory as well but defiantly consider some colours. i like blue gowns but they are not for me.

i tried this dress. it was champagne with black lace detail. i didnt mind the different colors, but i felt the pattern of the black lace was just way too distracting.

Yes. I want a blue dress. 🙂  A pale blue one.

babycuddlebee:  I would have loved to get a pink or floral wedding gown. I think they’re awesome. I’m wearing my moms dress, so it’s nice for sentimental reasons.

My maids are wearing ‘barely pink’ flowy long dresses, and my dress will be white.

babycuddlebee:  I went out looking for a colored dress. I was too afraid to get my dress custom made, so instead I opted for a champagne/blush dress from Allure. It’s gorgeous. I definitely would have gone with a pale blue, purple, or peach if I could have!

I’ve always wanted a white dress, but I wouldn’t mind a colored slip to go underneath.

I had not just one coloured dress, but two.

I never wear white, so doing so on my wedding day would have been odd. Also, both those colours are meaningful to me (my mum wore a navy blue wedding dress as well, while red is “my” colour, the colour of my football team and the colour I was wearing when I first met DH).

babycuddlebee:  When I went dress shopping, there weren’t many colored options. I ended up falling in love with a champagne/blush dress, but if there had been a lilac colored dress or a peach dress when I was shopping, I might have gone with that instead.
