Okay so I was a June wedding and my colors fit it amazingly for a summer wedding. Now I am nervous that my colors aren’t going to look good for a spring wedding.
My colors are Turquoise, Lime Green and then we are having black and splashes of purple and of course white.
but my main colorse are Turquoise and Lime Green..
are those okay for an April 9th 2011 wedding??
I already have the shells for my invitations and items in these colors.. So I am hoping so!

My cousin got married in May and had those colors–I think it’ll be perfect! Totally fine for a spring wedding, or any time of year.

@Statutory Grape: That makes me feel better with my color choices. I mean I did pick them before we switched the date, but I am glad to see that someone else has used those colors not just in the summer months!

I’d imagine you chose those colors because they’re colors you really like. And if this is the case, then no matter the season they’d be perfect! 🙂 Though I think because April is the time for flowers and blooming and sun, and the colors you chose are so vibrant, the two ideas will compliment each other really nicely. 🙂

@xo_triciazach_xo: oh yeah…I think they will look great. I think that you can pretty much get way with all summer colors for spring!

I think that will look awesome! I am not a big “colors matching seasons” person anyways, we’re using purple and orange for my May wedding!

Thanks guys! I was kind of nervous, but the more I think about it the more that I still love those colors and in the long run no one will really remember that they weren’t “spring pastels” anyways… Besides I don’t really like pastels.. 😛
And Gerber daisies don’t come in pastels.. which I happen to love and want as my flowers
@OttawaBride2011: Your color scheme sounds really cute… 🙂
