I’m not sticking with colors for the season … I think you should use whatever colors you like … period.

@renogrl85: Yeah choose what you want. After seeing the BM dress I like in purple it almost changed my mind to purple. Love purple ๐Ÿ˜‰

In my opinion, purple is the best color and can be used whenever you want! I also think purple and silver will look gorgeous together. It’s your wedding, have fun with it!

I’m actually using deep purple and silver, but more as accents to a pale green.  But deep purple is one of my favorites so I had to include it!  I’m also having a June wedding so I saw go for it!

@renogrl85: I am having a summer wedding and my colors are Black, White with an accent color of turquoise blue… I think that you can choose whatever colors you like…regardless of the season!

Enjoy planning!!!

I say who cares what season it is, it’s your wedding so do what you like.  Plus, you said it is indoors and taking place in the evening.  I think you are fine.

Yes, I know someone getting married in August who is using black and hot pink.  I think it will look great.

If you had two colors that you liked equally, I would say go for the summery one, but it doesn’t really matter.

@renogrl85: Hey month twin!! I’m using purple and silver for my June wedding. It’s also an evening, indoor wedding. I also don’t like the “summer” colors and really just fell in love with the deep purple/silver combo.

I say go with whatever colors YOU like. You’re the one who has to look at the pics for the rest of your life, right?? ๐Ÿ˜‰

I’m not sticking to seasonal colors and actually never gave the season a single thought when choosing colors.  Does anyone really notice these things?

I think that’d be fine.  They’re perfect for an evening wedding.  Think of twinkling silver stars and a purple sky right after the sun sets… Very romantic.

I’m loving a purple plumish color with a charcoal grey myself! I see a bright greenish and light bluish color used to accent and would brighten things up for summer!
