    First, yes, it's colours with a u. I'm Canadian.

The real issue: I don't know what to do about the colours for my wedding. It's an October wedding so the decorations will be in fall colours -- orange, red, yellow, green, blue, brown. I was thinking ofhaving the wedding party not in fall colours because I think that's too matched, so I was going to have my girls in a sage green:

Colours : wedding colors SageGreen Sage Green

But then I realized that the boys would look weird in that colour and thought that a nice almost royal blue would look nice:

Colours : wedding colors Youll Like It Royal Blue-ish

Then all these people and websites are telling me that won't look good and that they clash. I don't know what to do. I thought of maybe typing the 2 together somehow... maybe by adding a touch of silver to both sides... a small chain, or silver tie, or something like that.

    Any suggestions?

If you go to davidsbridal.com they have a type of 'simulation' of your wedding day. You can change the backgrounds, number of people and styles and colors you are wearing. Try putting thos colors on your wedding party in the simulation and see what you think.

I think it would look nice with adding small silver accents that match. What about silver cuff links?

Our wedding was last september and we used burgundy/orange and a little bit of brown for our decorations. My BMs were in burgundy and I think it looked great. I didn't feel like it was too matchy with the decor. I also used Davids Bridal's wedding simulator to get a feel of what it would look like.

I'd recommend going to colourlovers.com and putting it in a palette together or even playing with polyvore.

Here's a suggestion. Instead of using such a bright royal blue why don't you choose a darker shade like navy. I think the navy and sage would pair well together. Whatever you decide I would definitely do the simulator.
