Love how sweet it is... I was going to suggest the Nat King Cole/Natalie Cole Unforgettable duet.
What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong is a classic that would work for a combined dance. There's probably some good covers of this song too if you don't want the Armstrong version.
In My Life by the Beatles for something with a stronger beat and a little faster.
Any Sintara song could work. We considered "I get a kick out of you" and "You make me feel so young" for our combined dance. We finally settled on "Under my skin."
We used "There You'll Be" by Faith Hill for our combined dance (his mother passed away and he danced with his maternal grandmother for the dance). It was really nice and fit my relationship with my father as well.
I know your wedding date has passed but if someone else has the same question....
I was thinking about using "The Prayer" by Josh Groban and Celine Dion but I couldn't imagine not having a "father-daughter" specific song for my dad... It's a pretty song and I think it's appropriate :)

I'm in serious need of suggestions and the web has been less than useful. My FI and I are trying to come up with a song that is appropriate for a combined dance. My FI and his mother are less than graceful and do not want the spotlight completely on them for four plus minutes. So my father and I are going to do our dance together with them. However, I can not for the life of me find an original song that would fit. H-E-L-P!!!
I'm trying to cut this dance out completely, but my dad *insists* on having our dance. It is now becoming a bigger headache than I anticipated. I like all types of music, including country.
