Does anyone have any suggestions for wedding shoes that are stylish, yet comfortable?  I bought a beautiful pair of shoes from my local bridal shop.  I LOVE the way they look, and they felt good when I tried them on, but I went for my first fitting today, and just standing there in the shoes for an hour my feet were killing me.  The straps were cutting into my skin, and I had deep, sore, red marks on my feet.  I don't know if I'll be able to wear them on my wedding day if I could barely make it through my first fitting!!  I am looking for a moderate heel....2 inches or so.  Thanks!

I personally love Nine west shoes, every pair I own is like walking on a cloud!

I just bought the shoes to go with my wedding dress on Tues.  I bought Cole Haans.  LOVE them.

@red shoe girl: I was just on Cole Haan's website...they were featuring a nike air bridal collection, but when I clicked on it nothing would show up.  Where did you get them?  I was thinking of more of the $200 or less range, but I would be willing to splurge for an amazing pair of Cole Haan shoes....one of my all time favorite brands!

here are the shoes I bought. I have been wearing them around the house & they seem to be really comfortable. They are 2 1/2" heel.

As with anything, the minute you put "bridal" in the name the price tends to jump.  Since I wasn't looking for a white shoe, I just shopped the non-bridal collection at Nordstroms.  The Nike Air was what sold me though.  Unbelievably comfortable.

My shoes were quite comfortable and pretty too.  They were purchased at DSW.

These are fantastic shoes for looks and comfort: www.shopheylady.com I wore the Champagne Goggles style for over 12 hours straight - super comfortable and danced all evening in them.  Didn't want to be a "flip-flop" bride so I had to find something comfy - these were great. Pricy, but great!
