Weddingbee boards

So we live halfway across the US and will be in Richmond and Mathews County/Gwynn's Island in August to meet with vendors. 

Obviously I am wondering if anyone has any amazing rental places that will deliver to Gwynn's.... maybe located in Richmond or Gloucester?(we need basically everything).  We are looking for photographer recommendations (budget friendly!), and any bakery recommendations.  We have flowers covered and I am almost 100% positive we know who will be catering the entire weekend.

Oh and if anyone knows any great and budget friendly DOC's......
