I didn't bother with a newsletter or anything. Just lots of phone calls and e-mails!

How are you communicating with everyone involved in planning your wedding? I'm working with my FI, my mother, his mother, my sister and a Day of Coordinator, and am trying to figure out how to communicate everything to them. Maybe a monthly newsletter talking about what's been done, where we are in terms of the overall vision, and what people's tasks are for the upcoming month?
Has anyone tried this or a similar tactic?
