- Wedding: September 2013 - Castle Farms, Charlevoix, MI
I consider myself rather organized, but sometimes, no..most of the time, I make more work for myself than need be,
I’m getting married 9/21/2013 and I need a checklist or monthly to do list to kee me on track and organized. I constantly dream that I am missing some majorly importamt aspect of the wedding. Last night, in my dream, I forgot to book the hairdresser.
What do you use to stay on track?

(Not a month twin but) I love the checklist on weddingwire.com. You can add and subtract items as necessary and I haven’t thought of anything not on there yet. I also love their budget tool.

I’m using WeddingWire. I like that you can customize it – change the date of tasks, delete tasks that don’t apply to your wedding, add new ones. The Knot also has a popular planning checklist and book, but after a couple months of planning, I find myself preferring WeddingWire.

If you are someone like me I need to physically touch the planner to feel confident that I am on track. You can use the templets at russelandhazel.com. I printed off the pages that I needed and made a binder that is broken into 10 sections and has everything i need in it. from a budget to a check list, even inspirations for every part of the wedding.

We used weddingwire’s checklist (which is SOOOO much better than the Knot’s), but we also made our own spreadsheet with tasks we need to get done month-by-month.

Currently using weddingwire. . .have one on theknot and check off stuff if we remember. We were way ahead of the game for a while but not sure where we are now.
