I like the half up hairdos for sure. I'm not sure how a long veil would look with a hair flower though, it seems like it might be a little too much. Maybe you could have the flower in your hair after the ceremony (since it would be hard walking around with a long veil at the ceremony).

Hello! The Weddingbee has been such a great resource for me so far and as I try to figure out some personal details, I'd love to get some ideas from you guys! So here is a picture of my dress. I absolutely love it and can't wait for it to arrive. :) I've been speaking with the veil consultant at the store, as well as a hair person and came to realize that the two go hand in hand. So now I need to decide what type of veil I want and if I can make my hair work with it!

I adore this look but do you think a shorter veil like the one I have on would suit my dress better?
As for hair, I want to do a half up/half down style and maybe incorporate a flower. Would that be overkill though? Here are some photos I've collected for inspiration:
