If you saved it at least once prior to your computer crashing, you might be able to do a search for it, if you remember what you saved it as. If you have window, click on the windows icon on the bottom left of your screen, there will be a start search option at the bottom of the list.
Oh that's terrible! I don't have any techie advice though! This happened to me earlier on in my wedding planning... after that I started sending EVERY picture, template, link, etc to my email! At that point, I just decided to toss out my extravagant DIY ideas becuase I was too depressed I'd lost all my hard work. lol
If I went to a wedding where the programs didn't match, I would just assume that the bride couldn't decide between the patterns, so she used both. Don't stress about it!
Aww, so sorry! Computer crashes are so frustrating!
But I think it would be totally fine if you have two looks to your programs. If you're using a basket or something to put them in, you could alternate every other one in the different pattern, so it looks like you intended to do it that way!
@Cola - OMG! That is so true! I could purposly make it look that way! Thanks for putting it in perspective!! hehehe makes me feel a whole lot better
@Redherring- thanks girl! You make me feel a lot better about it. I just dont want guests to be like WTF!? hahaha
Computer places can usually recover things off the hard drive, it depends on what happened. Its expensive thou but sometimes its not too much! You may want to take it in for a free estimate? Ask them if its recoverable or not. Do you have any techie friends??
If you have a MAC, usually you can call Apple & see what they can do. They have awesome back up things. For future reference, its always good to email yourself important info or burn things to a cd/dvd just in case or save things to a flash drive. Hope you get your info back!!
If you use a similar flower design I don't really think the guests will notice. if they do then they're are really nit picky... I think go for the second design if you can't find the first design.
Ok, I'm getting a case of the giggles imagining the officiant asking, "Does anyone know any reason why these two should not be joined together?" and a guest leaping up to say, "I know one! Her programs don't match each other!"
Trust me, you'll be fine.

Hello Bees!
So this last week...my computer crashed and I didnt care much since i didnt have much on there....but then i remembered ... My WEDDING PROGRAM TEMPLATE WAS ON THERE! One of the files was the writing part and the other was a background floral print...I can easily reproduce the document with writing...but the flower background?! Ive been searching for over an hour on google (where I had found it) and I cant find it! Would it be really weird if not all the programs match? I use a similiar floral pattern but not the same? Ack its my paranoid self coming out!! @@;;
