One of our favorite bands is coming to town in August. Tickets are around $100 each.
I really wanted to get him the tickets for Father’s Day, but at the same time $200 bucks can feed 4 guests or pay for half of our chair covers or buy a nice bridal bouquet or pay for head table decor!
To buy or not to buy! That is the question!
Have you bees been in this sort of situation? I don’t feel like giving my life up just to save for the wedding but at the same time it’s a huge chunk of money!

We were in the same situation a few weeks before the wedding and we bought the concert tix. We didn’t want to give up on everything we normally enjoyed just to save for the wedding.

I think it just depends if you can afford it. If you can, go ahead and get the tickets!

It must be contagious this summer. We’re passing on the tix for wedding money because we’re so close, if there is some last minute expense, we won’t really have a chance to cover it.

Ha. My two favorite bands are coming this way in August and/or Septemeber. I considered buying lawn seats, but I decided against it. It could be used for so many other things. I guess… 😉

The truth is, I much rather see this band in concert then have stupid chair covers LOL …..
