i say go for it! i never thought about this but i really wanted to wear my hair down…but i feel like it looks better up – with my dress. i may have to do this as well… do you know anyone that does hair that could help?

So pretty! However, I think it might be easier for you to do down for the ceremony and up for the reception. Ive seen brides that have done that and I think it makes more sense because at the reception you are moving around a lot, getting a little hotter, dancing, eating, etc so you might want your hair out of your face whereas during your ceremony you are just standing still.

My friend did this, she had a low updo w/ loose curls, and she asked her stylist to not spray alot of hairspray, that way her hair would be softer. Then I helped her take it down for the reception, and it looked bouncy and cute!

@kankanwed:lol…I am mostly just bookmarking links, but my hard drive crashed about 3 months into my engagement so I had to start from scratch. Don’t tell anyone, but I kind of enjoyed getting to start over!!!
