Still no word from Conor. He repeatedly tells me what he thinks I want to hear but cannot be straight with me as to when I am receiving the video. I am sure other customers feel the same way. Be straight with us, tell us when you think you will be done, and we will be patient, but do not make empty promises. It leads to empty promises, disappointed customers, and a bad reputation.
I will be all too happy to remove these posts and even write you something positive, Conor, if you be straight with me and tell me when I am getting my video.

For the record, I don’t think it’s right to publicly offer a vendor to “remove these posts and even write you something positive”.
If a vendor treated you poorly, it’s definitely your right to post about it publicly (and Weddingbee will support you 1000%). But it’s not fair to other members of our wedding community to promise a vendor that if they make things right, you will remove the posts and write a positive review.
In any case, I am closing the thread so that discussion can continue on the original thread:
