I don't know if you are looking to still buy wedding gowns, but I want to sell my Maggie Sottero Dion white wedding dress. It is a strapless A-line, lace up gown with a draped satin overlay. The gown features lightly beaded tulle panels at the side front and on the sweep train. The front neckline is embellished with a floral beaded design of Swarovski crystals, pearls, sequins and seed beads. It is a size 14, but with the lace up back it can easily go down or up in size. I have a Justin Alexander 9651 (http://bit.ly/st79VQ) in a size 10 with cups added and the hem brought up to fit someone 5'3 with heels. It has been professionally cleaned and I have a bubble veil I did not wear that I am willing to sell.

Hello ladies!
I am always on the lookout for a new career (so tired of sitting behind a desk all day) and after doing some research in our area, I noticed a lack of bridal consignment shops in San Diego. I know there was one shop in Old Town, but the owner is closing or has closed the shop recently. There is also one located in Vista, but it is not a bridal only shop. I was wondering how many of you would be interested or know someone who would be interested in buying a used, high end designer gown or other accessories? I know that all things bridal are very personal and have such sentimental value, but in this economy, I wonder how well this would be received. I am in the beginning stages of gathering interest and market need. Any suggestions or thoughts (or gowns that you want to sell) would be welcome.
