Hoping for some insight here!
I was on the pill for a very long time when I was younger (the 1st time), but stopped them about 3 years ago. I started them again about 8 months ago, but only lasted a few cycles because I couldnt STAND the side effects! Every time I have gone off the pill, my periods have come back instantly. I even ovulated right away, and my cycles are normally consistent except for a few months where it was a week or two late.
I ALWAYS know when I am ovulating. My FI and I aren’t TTC as of yet, although we do use pull-out and if it happens, it happens! We also use condoms 60% of the time. Basically, I use cycle tracking and pull-out to prevent pregnancy right now.
Like I said, my periods are usually pretty regular and I always know when I ovulate. this month, I am about 17 days past my last period and i have not ovulated. I am having the most annoying dull, lingering cramps that will not go away. They feel like the cramps you get a few days before AF. They wont go away!
They aren’t bad enough to take any medicine. They are just…there. I can’t explain it. I have been feeling them for about a week or so straight.
Should I be worried?! I really don’t think im pregnant since I just had a period…just nervous it could be some type of reproductive issue… and, like many other women, my worst fear is infertility 🙁
I will call the doctor regardless, but just wanted to hear some input and see if anyone else has had these weird lingering cramps??
