Hello, ladies! I love baking and would like some more recipes, if you would like to share. My only two requirements are NO CHOCOLATE (I’m allergic) and NO CREAM (not a good choice for me).
If anyone would like one of my favorites…

Well… I know you said no cream… but in case anyone else wants a good cookie recipe… I pinned this one to my pinterest board and hope to try it in a couple weeks!
They are made with a tad bit of sour cream… I know it sounds weird… but I bet they would be super soft!!!

Gooey Vanilla Sparkle Cookies
You make it w/ Duncan Hines cake mix, so it’s pretty simple.

I bake a LOT and post my absolute favorite recipes on my blog (cookies, cakes, muffins, breads…. you name it, it’s there!). I don’t think we’re supposed to post links on the Boards, but there’s a link in my profile if you’d like to see – click on the Recipes tab!

I love baking too and this are by far my favorite cookies!! My husband took a batch to work and people kept asking for the recipe. WARNING: you won’t be able to eat just one!!
1 cup or two sticks of softened butter
1/2 cup of powdered sugar and another 1/2 for rolling the cookies in
1 chopped pecans
Preheat your oven at 350 degrees. Start mixing the butter, sugar and vanilla as if you were making buttercream. Slowly add the flower until you get a consistent dough. Add the pecans and incorporate all ingredients together. Shape the dough into small balls (about an inch or so) and place then in a cookie sheet. Bake them for 10-15 minutes (depending on your oven) you will know that they are done when they are golden bron on the bottom. Let them cool completely and roll them in the remaining sugar.
Hope you like them!!
