crate and barrel has a newlyweds cookbook that i've heard great things about:)
FI has a great cookbook called Healthy Cooking for Two or Just You.
Here are a couple of sites that look promising:
http://www.tasteofhome.com/Recipes/Publication/Cooking-For-Two-Magazine
http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes_menus/collections/healthy_cooking_two_recipes
I think it's somewhat cheaper to cook in larger quantities, is there any way you could freeze the stuff you make, than you won't have to cook as often?
I have the crate and barrel cookbook and love it. They also have a Newlywed cookbook at Williams Sonoma that I want. Also check out allrecipes.com, they have a conversion calculator so when most recipes are made for 4-8 servings, you can change it to 2 servings.

Both my husband and I come from HUGE families, so we are both used to cooking for more than two people. We seem to find ourselves cooking more food than we really need, even when we cut the recipes down. Anyway, does anyone know of a website or any really good recipe books for cooking with two people in mind? Thanks!
