Well, there are certainly plenty of options within the cities! What area of the metro are you looking to have it? Are people going to be at a hotel somewhere that you'd want it to be nearby?
Cosetta's is definitely still a fun place to go - such great food and a different sort of atmosphere. Another good option for St Paul could be Bonfire on Grand, Buca, Kindcaid's or Flame in Roseville. For Minneapolis you could do Stella's, Loring Pasta Bar, Solera, Chino Latino or in the 'burbs - Biaggi's, Redstone or Macaroni Grill.

Two of the people in our wedding party are underage so we can't go to a bar where they can't get in...
I used to go to Cossetta's all the time as a kid. Is this place still a hot spot in the Twin Cities or has it gone down-hill? I only ask because I haven't been there in about ten years!
I am also open to other suggestions y'all might have...
