I was checking my ring for damage (okay, really just wasting time and admiring it yet again, though we’ve been engaged since new years!!) and saw the shadow of my ring— its a CLADDAGH!!!
I love my Irish heritage and always wanted a claddagh engagement ring, so having the abstract claddagh shadow makes me crazy happy 🙂 My FI just grinned- wasn’t intentional but happy it worked out (diamond is from a family member, he spent a LOT of time on the design)
(swirls are the hands, space under the diamond is the heart, setting makes a crown!)

Anyone else discover something cool about their ring?

Very cool! I love that you discovered something new about your ring! Nothing super interesting with mine, but I like that from the side it sort of looks like a crown (I was the director of a summer camp briefly and the little girls always wanted to see my “crown” lol). Sorry for huge pic.

Wow, that is awesome! I’m Irish on both sides of my family. Very neat, love that little mysterious side of your ring. Truly romantic.

Wow!! That is incredibly beautiful! My claddagh engagment ring is much more simpler than that (I still love it tho haha). I love how it’s so swirly and intricate! Nicely done!
