$1800 seems reasonable, I'd go or it. : (7 votes)

I'd love day of coordination, but that's too much money! Try and find someone cheaper. : (17 votes)

$1200 seem like a decent price to me.  I live in DC, and I was quoted between $1000 to $2500 for day of coordination.  I would say $1800 is pretty high.

My coordinator is $1200, which seemed kinda high to me, but she’s been doing a great job.

Ours is $1800 plus extra for 10 hours of planning assistance for a total of $2400. She’s been worth every penny so far.

I think it is on the high side, but based on what my coordinator did our wedding day I would say $600 is way low.  $1000-$1200 is probably what I would think is normal in my area – which is Baltimore/DC.

It’s not really just “one” day of work, though. It’s a lot of hours contacting you, getting all the stuff organized, tracking vendors down/confirming payment, and her overhead.
