Does anyone know where I can get coral robes?
Also, if I cannot find coral robes, can I dye white satin ones? Would that work?
Rather than coral, would black with a coral monogram look better as opposed to a coral with a black monogram?
I also do not want to spend a fortune on them! Thanks!

Well I didn’t get a huge response from this post, thought I would get more.
I am going to try and dye some white ones. I bought these from Walmart:

I also bought iDye Poly dye from an art store and I am going to see what happens! I am starting with just one so I only waste $20 if it is a disaster. Wish me Luck!!!

I know I am practically talking to myself but I am going to back every one up out there when they say do not attempt to dye polyester…ugh, what a mess and it didnt even work! I hate working with poly dyes too.
Attempt 2 will be with cotton.

@jlpalumbo: how did it go? Did you figure something out for the robes? My color is also coral, but didn’t want to spend a fortune on robes. I found a super awesome deal on lavieenrose.com, they had black robes on clearance for $11, and they also had a buy one get one free deal at the time I ordered, I have no clue why! So anyways, I got 4 robes including shipping for $36. Pretty good deal, I was proud of myself! Now getting them embroidered in coral would be a good idea…
also I saw your post about the coral socks, (very creative!) were they just grey and white before you died them? How did they turn out? Would you recommend it?
