I am surprised Cordon Bleu Banquet Hall in New York is still OPEN.  They have some unshady busness practices and don't let them tell you about "new management." You get swindled for the choice of room, which was also NOT decorated based on selections.  We paid $2500 extra because of confusion over guest count.  We gave one number and the establishment said we gave another number.  Then he tried to blame it on my SENIOR CITIZEN MOTHER who was not even involved and didn't sign the contract.  What a slimy bug!  I told him, I wanted ALL OF MY EXTRA FOOD since he was charging me for extra people. He said "ok" just to settle the disagreement.  Then at the event, he sent the wait staff to grab the food very early before we had a chance to finish eating.  THEY KEPT IT CLAIMING, ONCE IT'S IN THE BACK, WE COULDN'T HAVE IT.  I didn't want an altercation over food.  DON'T LET LOW OFFERING PRICE BE THE ONLY FACTOR IN CHOOSING A FACILITY, especially NOT CORDON BLEU.  The low offering price is to get you in the door.  The price will change, the designs will change, the wait staff will change, the service will change and you CAN'T GET A REFUND.  I HIGHLY URGE YOU TO USE A DIFFERENT LOCATION FOR YOUR EVENT.  You will regret choosing Cordon Bleu.  YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
