I am trying to choose corsages and boutonniers for the men in the wedding party and for family membres. I just don't know which ones I can repeat and which have to be different. What are you planning on or did you do?

We will have a different bout for the FI but all the other men will have the same and all the women of honor will have the same corsages.  Since I will be making them all this seems like the easiest thing and I don't think it honestly matters if they are all different or not.

Yeah. Honestly, it probably looks better if you have the least different bouts and corsages. I do think I'd like a different one for my FI than the groomsmen, but they could probably have the same as the fathers. What I don't know is, which should I give to my grandfather and uncle who'll play during the ceremony?

Your grandfather and uncle will have a special acknowledgement in your programs so I don't think they need anything different either.  They will already be recognized that way.  But that's just my two cents!  I like to keep things simple!

All of our boutonnière's are about the same except they are slightly smaller for grandparents than our parents.  The same thing with the corsages.

The only thing that we're changing is the colour of the roses in our bouts - the groom is having a cream/white one - our groomsmen are having a pink one and the dads/grandfathers are having yellow ones. Our corsages are all the same colour.

Women don't have to wear corsages though, right? They could also wear boutonniers. Don't you think?

The groom will have a bout his own and the groomsmen will have matching ones along with the fathers and grandfather.  The bridesmaids will have matching bouquets and the mothers and my aunt will have smaller bouquets while the grandmothers will have matching corsages.  Hope that made sense!
