@DreamInColor:  I got a waist training one from Corset Story, but I don’t know if I will wear it under my dress or not yet.

My waist training corset was from Meschantes Corsetry. AMAZING workmanship, VERY reasonably priced… But if you intend to dance/party and you’re not a regular waist trainer already, I wouldn’t do it.

@DreamInColor:  it seems like the trend nowaways is to get the cups sewn into the dress. I’ve also heard of people asking their seamstress to add some boning to the dress.

@DreamInColor:  I did. I got mine from corset story as we’ll. GREATquality! Looking back, I wouldn’t have worn one with the specific dress I got…

I’m planning on getting a spiral steel boned waist cincher from a local shop here called Corseterie. I already informed the dress designer of my plans so she can ensure that the corset won’t show through the dress. That being said, I’m also planning on wearing the cincher on a regular basis beforehand because one’s wedding day is not the best time to break in a steel corset.
