I only spent $200, but I had a very small wedding (1 BM, 1 GM), and only needed 12 gerbera daisies for my centerpieces. Plus we didn't do flowers for mothers, grandmothers, fathers, grandfathers, etc.

However, flowers are not very important to us and we wanted minimal flowers overall. Our budget is 30k, so it is less than 3% of our budget. You may get a better feel for the cost if you ask other brides what percentage of their budget they are spending on flowers.
$600 for centerpieces, aisle flowers, and random reception flowers (cake table, guestbook signing table, etc.) - wholesale (we diy'ed them)
$300 for my bouquet, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, 5 bouts, 4 coursages, and flower girl petals.
$900 total.
I've been searching high and low for a reasonably priced florist, but to no avail. So, my friend, who is extremely creative, volunteered to do my flowers. She did flowers and flower arrangements for her cousin's wedding late last year, and they were beautiful! I plan to buy the flowers from Fresh Market, where I will only have to pay $6.99 per dozen for gerbera daisies and $8.99 per dozen for roses! Overall, I only plan to spend about $200, BUT then again, I'm not a flower-type lady!
I haven't checked real flowers. I have spent $15, and that was enough for six pomanders, cake topper and two floral/feather fascinators. Very nice fabric flowers that are stunning. I did get the bulk of them on 90% off. I am heading out to get supplies for a wreath to put on the church door, and will have to pay more for the flowers than before...this project should give me a chance to use up all the leaves I have left over!
Probably around $1200. We are only doing bouquets, corsages, a few flowers for the church and a couple vases at the reception hall.
