Depends on the size of your wedding (# of guests and size of wedding party)  If you go to The Knot, you can use their budget tool.  Put in the number of guests and over all budget, it'll spit out an approximate amount for each of your major vendors.

We spent $800 on flowers.  We did not have flowers in our chapel as there were plenty left over from Easter.  The reception flowers were included in my venue cost.  The money was for my bridal bouquet, 5 bridesmaids bouquests, 2 flower girl bouquets, MOB bouquet, MOG corsage, 4 corsages for our readers, 2 corsages for the grandmothers, groom's bout, bouts for the 5 groomsmen, 2 dads, 2 grandfathers and 2 ring bearers. 

I certainly think it also depends on what flowers you are using in your arrangements and how many you will need.

We are spending a little under $1,000 total for all of the flowers for the reception, ceremony, and bridal party. A lot of it depends on what you are looking for, what type of flowers you're interested in, and the size of your wedding.
