Tripadvisor.com would be your best bet in this department.
I'm going and staying here (expensive, but has a kitchen): http://www.costaricatreehouse.com/
And here (lower weekly rates, included breakfast, & mini-fridge in room): http://www.korriganlodge.com/

My suggestion would be to choose which part of Costa Rica you want to visit most and then go through the hotels in that area on TripAdvisor and Google search for some and then pick your favorite. I've seen numerous other amazing places to stay in Costa Rica but they weren't in the area I wanted to visit.
Good luck!! :)

I'm planning to have my honeymoon in Costa Rica in June and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on where to stay. We want something on a beach or close to one, and are hoping for our stay to be all inclusive but not break the bank. Any suggestions?
