My friend ordered Costco flowers for her DW in California. They were beautiful! Arrived the morning of the wedding with no hassles at all. They were gorgeous and for a great price.

We’re growing our own, but every time I go to Costco I think, ‘those are so beautiful…oooh, maybe I’ll just get some to accent ours…’. I’d go for it. The selection is pretty diverse too, at least at my Costco (SE Michigan)

My aunt had costco flowers and they turned out BEAUTIFUL. Probably the best flowers I’ve ever seen at a wedding, all done by her and my cousin. 🙂

The receptionist here at work ordered her flowers from costco. They arrived the day before her wedding, and her & her family set them all up. I was not in attendance but from her pictures they were gorgeous and less than half what a florist would have charged her. She raves about them anytime someone will listen!

I think your fine if your not having too many flower type/shape variations- that’s where it gets tricky IMO.

I’ve only heard good things about the Costco flowers.  At the stores I’ve looked at the roses and other flowers they sell out of the store and they are always lovely and probably from the same supplier.

Also, I’ve heard good things about Sams Club wedding flowers and have found they have quite a few options that are different from the costco ones.

@amy_outhwaite:  Not sure about Costco, but Sam’s sells arrangements already made (bouquets, boutenniers, corsages, etc) in a package

If you feel like going the DIY route, try hitting your local flower market. There is one in almost every major city (the big LA and San Francisco markets are fun) and you will pay just a bit over what the florists do! Those markets get flowers shipped from all over, so they have lots of inventory. However, you must get there early to get the best selection since the florists are usually done shopping by 7am.

@amy_outhwaite:  No problem! They came up with the design themselves, the flowers were so beautiful that it was a really simple design though. They used some online inspiration and went to town 🙂

@amy_outhwaite:  the flowers for my friends wedding came ready to walk down the aisle. We didn’t need to do anything with them
