There's no reason to worry yourself neadlessly... go take a test. If you're far enough along to have morning sickness, then you're far enough along to get a positive pregnancy test. It's true that your symptoms could be pregnancy, but they could just as easily be any number of other things. The only way to know for sure is to pee on a stick!
Take the test and tell us!
I know it sounds like you don't really want a baby, but this sounds like the kind of miracle that could change your whole life. But before we go there: test!
The only way to tell is to take a pregnancy test. I would take one now and if it's negative, take one in the morning (the "pregnancy chemical" hCG) is more concentrated in the morning.
If you are pregnant enough to have strong symptoms, you are pregnant enough to get a positive test.
Go test.
I agree with the others, if you haven't taken a test yet, go take one. That way if it's negative you can stop worrying so much. I've thought I was pregnant a few times even though Im on the pill, because I have full on pregnancy symptoms right before my period. The only way I dont worry about it is to take a test every month. so take one, it's the only way you'll know.
Having PCOS is unfortunately not very reliable birth control.....
Go take a pregnancy test. If it is negative I would take this scare as a an opportunity to talk to your doctor about birth control methods. Also, birth control pills have a lot of benefits for women wtih PCOS, so maybe it is time to consider that?
if it is positive, I know you will be in a difficult position and I hope the best for you!
It sounds like you could be. Those are very classic early symptoms, and the bleeding you're seeing could be implantation bleeding. I would definitely take a test. The sooner you know, the sooner you can make a decision on what to do.
Test for sure. My good friend has PCOS (and not a mild case) and got pregnant out of the blue (she assumed she couldn't get pregnant without assistance and she and her DH were not using protection).
Could you be pregnant? Of course, its definitely a possibility, though probably a small one. The only way to know for sure is to test. I know how terrifying tht can be, but why worry yourself needlessly? Just take one for peace of mind
Agree with the PPs. Take a test and some report back to us.

As I'm sure you can tell by the alias, I'm a regular in hiding... who fears she may be pregnant. This is no bueno.
Little background: I have PCOS & a very irregular period. There are times when my period will last for weeks or I'll go months without one. FH and I do not use protection and I am not on BC. We've been together for more than 7 years and only had protected sex for the first few. Having PCOS and such an irregular period I always assumed I would never be able to get pregnant without some kind of "boost" so an unexpected pregnancy never even crossed my mind.
Symptoms: I've been feeling really blah for the last few weeks. Every once in a while I get very naucious in the morning. It's always before I've eaten anything for the day so I always attribute it to hunger. The last 2 days I've woken up with with crazy heartburn. Yesterday I took a pepcid and was fine but today, almost as soon as I swallowed it I had to run to the bathroom to throw up.
Over the last few days I've been spotting. It's not even enough to warrant using a tampon but every time I go to the bathroom, there's "stuff" there. Yesterday the blood was more of a brownish color.
I'm really hoping that I'm just freaking myself out and that it's nothing but I'm seriously super afraid to test. A baby is not in the cards for us right now. What do you think? Based on the symptoms, could it be?
ETA: I should add that both last night and the night before we had spicy food so the heartburn very well could be caused by that. Not sure what's up with the puking though...
