@Bernie1407: preggers!! LoL j/k, really hard to say. There is a good chance! So happy for you if you are! I wish I could start trying already, but we aren't getting married for a month and probably won't try till we are ready to move into a bigger place
You definitely could be. I'd have to take a test ASAP
good luck and keep us posted
woah... I kind of thought you are telling me that I'm insane
Well, I think I'll buy a test today
I told my husband two days ago. Reading his face and seeing him smiling and not panicking was quite comforting
I told him that if I'm indeed pregnant we are both very fertile
Not sure if it is the reight time, but when is it??
@Glittergirl_2013: That was our thought, to move into a bigger place. But know that we are building a house, there will be enough space
kind of thought that we could enjoy the house alone some time, but at the same time I liked the idea to move in there with a baby. Would have been better for our finances to wait until we moved in... But who knows, perhaps I'm over-interpreting
There is a possibility :) I know exactly what you're talking about with the condom left in you when he wasn't.... lol. I'd say just take a test. It is the only way you will know. Then again, maybe your period is just late cause it can take up to 6 months for your cycle to sort itself out.
GOOD LUCK :)
If you're already late you definitely aren't too early to test. Let us know how it goes! :D
Thank you all! I'll keep you in the loop
Not sure if I should just do the test and tell afterwards my husband or if we should do it together, but that would make me more nervous as I already am!
@kfiorita: that is what I thought at first. So I didn't think about the possibility of being pregnant for days. But now with a week late, I should have in mind that I could be pregnant.
There is one major problem: A few years ago I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and therefore give myself interferone injections every other day. I'm good, that's good news, but my doctor told me that it would be safer to stop the injections if we are planning to get pregnant. Of course I hadn't stop injecting yet, but I would be scared if I would be pregnant that the drugs would do harm to the baby... Not that easy to keep that not in mind.
But I should probably wait to worry 'cause so far there is no reason to be worried.
@Bernie1407: Hi there. I think there is a chance that you are pregnant! How exciting. About the injections, are you on Copaxone? Or another type? I know that Copaxone is a class B medication, while the other MS injections are class C drugs. Copaxone is actually safe to take throughout pregnancy but often an obgyn will recommend stopping once you become pregnant because they don't like you taking anything while pregnant. I'm not sure of the exact details with the other medications. I'd take a test today and if you're pregnant, call your neuro and obgyn to confirm stopping the medication before you do. If you want to chat any more about this, feel free to PM me. :)
Thanks, hardtoconcentrate! I'm on Rebif 22mg, it's the lowest dose possible. Do you know that in the US?
@Bernie1407: Keep up updated! I am excited to see if you are pregnant or not. One week late seems likely, but it will be ok either way :-)
@Bernie1407: *hugs* In a few years you will be trying and hopefully that test will be positive :)
BFN is disappointing, sorry love. :( Fingers crossed that when you guys try, it happens quickly. :)
@Bernie1407: :( Hugs...keep taking care of your MS and your body and when the time is right, it will be perfect :)
thanks bees! It would have been easier for me if the test was positive. Still worrying if everything is alright with us both so that we won't have to try years and years... Hey, I'm turning 32 in summer so I should be ready;-)
My husband's best friend and his wife have been trying since years! He received chemo when he was a teenager. They started trying years ago until the doctors told him that he is infertile. They then started IVF, countless times, and still no baby:-( Perhaps it's because of them I'm worried...

Hi bees,
need some opinions here:-/ My period is one week late, and I don't know if I'm thinking too much about it. The thing is: I'm off the pill since October (married since July). But we are not planning on getting pregnant right now 'cause we decided to build a house this year! Very exciting;-) I got off the pill due to some major headaches I've been having since 3 years. So my doctors tried this out. Since we are planning to have a family anyway, it was just a matter of time to decide to get off the pill.
3 1/2 weeks ago we slept together, we are using condoms since I got off the pill, but this time, the condom got off of him after the act and remained in me (hard to describe and not easy for me to talk about that;-). To be honest, I didn't think that something could have happened. But do you think that it could be possible? My period was very regular since a got off the pill, nearly to the day, now I'm one week late and I'm thinking of buying a pregnancy test... For better or worse, I ovulated the day we slept with each other...
What are your thoughts??
