Weddingbee boards

16 days to go, and FINALLY, things are coming together. It's surreal that it's so close. We're leaving in seven (7?!) work days, and we'll be off for 10 workdays and three weekends. My coworkers are so jealous. No one's taken a vacation that long... well, ever.

We've finally worked out all of our kinks with our caterer. AND, as a total bonus, and her "mea culpa," she's setting up our centerpieces at no cost to us! Totally unexpected, but really, really awesome. I do feel that she has tried to compensate for her "miscommunication" with her chef on vegan versus vegetarian, and I really appreciate her effort. And... kindness is the best policy sometimes.

And, just about all of "my side" has given us their entree preference. FI is handling his side... and hasn't started as of yet. But, that's his problem! haha He said he'll make phone calls- I just did an email (thanks to a fellow bee!).

And, I finished my favors last night-- and I'm pleased. Cute gift bags (cardboard), with a deck of personalized cards and candies. As an aside, I'm so glad I never have to order from The Knot again-- the worst costumer service ever!

Programs are finished, but FI needs to decide who he wants as a reader.

I think the ceremony is done. My brother (our officiant) and I have been chasing each other trying to meet- without my adorable, wonderful nieces, but he's comfortable with what I wrote.

And, I have my sixth and final (no time for another!) fitting on Sunday and I'll bring home my dress!

My pregnant bridesmaid just had her baby, so she'll be ok to be there, and all the BMs have had their alterations done. Yay great friends!

And I'm super excited we decided to take dance lessons. We'll be really proud on the dance floor. It's amazing what became "important."

Whew! Okay, now I'm seriously got to work!
