for those of you having issues with size - try just saving the image as a .jpg and then uploading it - the quality isn't print quality or anything but it makes the pictures just fine for the web!

I just go into "edit picture" when I pull them up and then click on the resize option. Then select "Website". I save it, then I'm usually able to make it work!
