you could go old school and do a "pin the tail on the bird" game and a bird pinata. Those are things I have seen adult males really get involved in.
You could get raffia and use it to line bowls so it looks like birds nests and then but a smaller bowl in it to hold chips.
As a fun haha, you could have a nice platter of peeps.

We're hosting a couple's shower for a wedding that I'm in (couples showers are EXTREMELY common down here). We're doing a casual party at 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon - no theme, just some finger foods (LOTS of them actually) and beer/wine.
Because their wedding theme is the birds thing that's so popular right now, we're doing all kinds of birdy-type things - a sign in canvas tree with fingerprint sign-ins and kissing birds in the tree (I know guest books aren't that common for showers, but I thought this would be fun for them), birds on the cake and around the food table, etc.
I don't have too many ideas for games, since boys don't really enjoy girly shower games. Any thoughts?? And any other thoughts about how we could decorate/what we could do or have at the shower??
