I agree to ask the Rabbi. Do you have a talis?  You could wear that for part of the ceremony.

I’d just repeat the advice to ask your rabbi.  Ours does not seem to be concerned at all about the state of our shoulders.  I’ve heard of some saying the shoulders need to be covered, but that a veil that is at least shoulder length complies with the requirements.  Others want the bride to use a bolero to cover up.
