They are a very new venue. Facebook them and you will get updates on tours/dates. They don't offer info over the phone or email. They would like the couples/agents to see the place before they discuss numbers.
ive been there for a site tour. the people renting it is the son or nephew. he's a nice guy. the place itself has a lot of potential BUT could use more than a little TLC. he advertises it as a "blank canvas" and thats exactly what it is. things are not new and shiny. for the bride that wants to really get her hands dirty and put work into it - it COULD work. but with all the stress of planning as it is, my fiance and i decided to go with a place nice and shiny and ready to party. also - we were a little put off by the smell as they keep horses there. the plus side though is that you can potentially save tons of money as you can do whatever you want - have yr mom cook, bring in yr own alcohol, etc etc. budget brides rejoice! hope this helps!
we recently went for a site tour as well. we really liked it! it's a little far...but, to be honest, we kinda liked that about it. (granted, if we book the venue, we'll probably have to pay for rooms for the grandparents.) it's very private and secluded. they already have projects going on so it'll have all the "finishing touches." even without them though, it's nice. i did notice the horse smell...but only when the breeze hit just right. i didn't mind it so much. they are very open with ideas and extremely willing to share ideas with the happy couple!
PROS:
-very private
-all-in-one venue
-one event per day
-outdoor venue
-courtyard is partially indoors
-EXTREMELY flexible
-HUGE savings potential!!
CONS:
-a little far (FI's family is from LB and we live in OC)
-potentially a lot of work (unless you get a coordinator - def would recommend a "day of")
you should definitely check it out!!!
